TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.0 ORDERING PROCESS
- Orders can be placed through our online shop or physically visiting our office at Ihumwa Dodoma or Contacting our SALES Team
- It is the customer’s duty to determine the correct item quantities before placing an order. Megastone Limited will not allow returns of remained materials after construction.
- Once the order is confirmed and production has commenced, the customer will not be permitted to modify it freely. Any changes requested thereafter may attract additional charges depending on the production progress.
- Order changes may result in changes of price and expected shipment date, depending on item price, availability and production schedule of the new option.
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items, provided they are reported promptly within 2 days after delivery and unused.
- Payment must be made in full (100%) before delivery or as per agreed terms in writing.
- No order will be processed unless payment is received.
2.0 DELIVERY TERMS
- Shipment charges will be borne by customers.
- Customers may bring their transport trucks and we will do free mechanical loading with forklift or crane for compatible trucks.
- If customers opt for our transport (Megastone trucks) we will charge the Shipment Charges fairly based on the distance from our factory and order quantity.
- The customer is required to prepare the site to be accessible and safe for our service vehicles. We will assign a truck based on the site information provided by our team.
- Megastone Limited will notify the customer through email and or whatsap the date and time each package is loaded so that he prepare someone to receive and sign the delivery package.
- Site not accessible? No person to receive? We need to wait? >>> A waiting charge of TSh 100,000 per hour will be invoiced to customer As soon As Possible.
3.0 LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
- Megastone Limited is not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes etc).
- We ensure product quality but are not responsible for improper installation or use beyond our guidelines.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the courts of Tanzania
